What's an ATSI 12 Series?
A full Anatomy Trains Structural Integration series includes 12 sessions. ATST is an outstanding professional "touch techniques" training program that involves

• ATSI’s method of “bodyreading” (visual analysis) is logical and coherent, unfolding the skill step-by-step.
• ATSI’s “recipe” for the unfolding of the sessions is based around the Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians.
• ATSI proceeds from a deep understanding of “issues in tissues” (the emotional underpinnings of body carriage and tension), hence our tagline, “Change Your Body About Your Mind”.

What is the difference between Myofascial Release and Structural Integration?

Myofascial Release uses a gentle technique (indirect approach) to address fascia. Structural Integration uses deep pressure (direct approach) to address fascia.

Structural Integration technique is deep, slow fascial and myofascial manipulation, coupled with movement re-education. Each session ends with gentle balancing work. Clients often leave each treatment feeling lighter or more grounded.

Structural Integration is a systematic approach to assess the posture and movement by body reading and observing the client. When structural issues or body imbalances are found, those are addressed with Myofascial Release techniques. This enables the body to return to more optimal structure for ease of movement, improved breathing and feeling more in touch with the body.

Each session includes:

Client history intake, photo taking and body reading

Static and functional testesting

Myofascia bodywork technique according to ATSI Approach

What to wear?

Top and short or swimwear
